the Crystal Witch Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase from The Crystal Witch. If for any reason you change your mind, our returns policy is designed to be clear and fair, in line with UK consumer law.

Returning Your Order

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Earrings

  • Custom or personalised items

How to Return

  1. Email us at thecrystalwitchuk@aol.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.

  2. We will provide return instructions.

  3. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item(s).

  • Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty or not as described, please contact us within 30 days. We will cover the cost of return postage and offer a replacement or a full refund.
